Software Architect – Business, Software Architect – Technical, Programmer / Analyst

3 POSITIONS- Long Term Contract
Our client, a priority Department within the Federal Government, requires 3 resources to fill a vital mandate during a 2 to 3 year contract. This work will be performed under the TBIPS- Supply Arrangement contracting vehicle.

Resource 1-Software Architect (Business) – Level 3

The applicant meets the requirements specified in TBIPS for a Level 3 Application/Software Architect.
The applicant’s relevant education and professional certifications, and number of years’ work experience as an Application/Software (Business) Architect must be indicated.

The applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the past five (5) years from date of bid closing doing business modeling using Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM 2013 or higher versions or SharePoint 2010 or higher versions.
The candidate must provide a high-level description of the modeling work conducted, and identify which application and which version of the application the proposed resource used to carry out the work, and how the application was used to conduct the work.

The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the past five (5) years from date of bid closing providing business advice and recommendations for simplifying enterprise business models using technology as the transformation enabler.
The applicant must describe the nature of the advice provided by the proposed resource, how the advice aimed to simplify the enterprise business model, and describe the technology used to facilitate business transformation.

The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the past five (5) years from date of bid closing leading the implementation of solutions based on the defined business model, in collaboration with business user groups, using an enterprise business process platform.
The applicant must describe the proposed resource’s responsibilities as business lead of the implementation, the business user groups involved, how the individual collaborated with the user groups, and the enterprise business process platform(s) utilized.

The applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the past five (5) years from date of bid closing doing business modelling in a federal or provincial grants and contributions program business domain.
The applicant must describe the type of modelling done and the client program business domain, and identify whether the program was a federal or provincial grants and contributions program.

Resource 2 – Application/Software Architect (Technical) – Level 2

The candidate meets the requirements specified in TBIPS for a Level 2 Application/Software Architect.
The resource’s relevant education, professional certifications, and number of years’ work experience as an Application/Software (Technical) Architect must be indicated.

The applicant must have led the design, architecting, development, and implementation of Microsoft (MS) Dynamics x Rm solution architectures at an enterprise level for a government department or agency or a national or international private sector organization with more than 200 employees in the past five (5) years, from date of bid closing
The candidate must describe their responsibilities as technical lead, provide a high-level description of the solution architecture designed, architected, developed and implemented and how x Rm was used to conduct the work, and identify the number of employees in the organization.

The candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the past five (5) years from date of bid closing using MS Dynamics CRM 2013 or higher to implement x RM solution architectures.
The Bidder must indicate which version(s) of MS Dynamics CRM the individual used and how the application was used to conduct the work.

Resource 3 – Programmer/Analyst – Level 2

The applicant meets the requirements specified in TBIPS for a Level 2 Programmer/Analyst.
The resource’s relevant education, professional certifications, and number of years’ work experience as a Programmer/Analyst must be indicated.

The resource must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the past five (5) years from date of bid closing as a Programmer/Analyst supporting the design, architecting, development, and implementation of technical solutions using Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM 2013 or higher versions.
The candidate must describe how the work of the proposed resource supported the design, architecting, development and implementation of a technical solution, and indicate which version of MS Dynamics CRM was used and how it was used in conducting the work.

The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience from date of bid closing configuring and developing using MS Dynamics CRM 2011 or higher version.
The candidate must describe the nature of the configuration and development work conducted by the proposed resource, and indicate which version of MS Dynamics CRM was used and how it was used in conducting the work.

The resource must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the last five (5) years from date of bid closing configuring and developing using MS Dynamics CRM 2013 or higher versions or SharePoint 2010 or higher versions.
Describe the nature of the configuration and development work conducted by the proposed resource, and indicate which application and version was used and how it was used in conducting the work.
