Government Procurement Senior- Secret Clearance

Our Federal Government Client requires a Senior Procurement specialist.
Unilingual/ Federal Government Secret Security Clearance (current) is requisite
Mandatory Requirements:
The proposed resource must have 72 months of experience, within the last 120 months, in developing or reviewing procurement and contracting documentation for the Federal Government of Canada. Experience must include all of the following:
• Requirements;
• Procurement Plans;
• Statements of Work;
• Risk Assessments;
• Request for Proposals;
• Bid Evaluations; and
• Contracts.

The proposed resource must have 36 months of experience, within the last 72 months, using the Professional Services Method of Supply. Experience must include two (2) of the following:
• Task and Solutions Professional Services Supply Arrangement;
• Task-Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement; or
• ProServices.

The proposed resource must have 36 months of experience, within the last 72 months, reviewing, analysing and validating Statements of Work and Evaluation Criteria for the procurement of Services or Professional Services.

The proposed resource must have 36 months of experience, within the last 72 months, working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications.

The proposed resource MUST provide two (2) recent (within the last ten (10) years) references. Please include:
