Qualifications
College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field AND some years of experience in office administration or in a related field
OR
High school diploma with several years (3-5) of experience in office administration or in a related field
Knowledge

Of project coordination
Of contract administration
Of inventory maintenance and control
Of bookkeeping and accounting
Of privacy and access to information protocols
Of filing systems and records management
Of travel arrangements and travel claims policies and procedures
Experience
In project and/or program coordination
In office administration and records management
In budget coordination and invoice processing
In maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
In material ordering and tracking
In drafting correspondence and reports
In making travel arrangements and processing travel claims
In organizing meetings, events and conferences
In designing, completing and maintaining electronic reporting forms
In applying procedures, policies, regulations and relevant legislation
In using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsing and conducting research
Responsibilities
Provide program coordination support to the Member Services directorate, including project coordination, research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, and preparing correspondence.
Coordinate the development of directorate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Member Services and various protocols within the directorate.
Assist in developing plans and recommendations to meet program delivery requirements including monitoring and reporting, budget coordination, scheduling and travel arrangements.
Coordinate the working groups related to the provision of member services, business and financial planning; research processes; examine options; propose improvements.
Participate on project teams, working groups and committees.
