We are Personnel Force- we’ve been around since 1994 and proudly house in excess of 50 years of HR experience in the National Capital Region.
We feature the greatest number of jobs postings exclusively in the Ottawa-Gatineau corridor which has allowed us to develop the largest local candidate pool. Our unique screening process separates the committed job-seeker from the rest resulting in a ‘preferred’ inventory. We ask the questions the other ones don’t.
